First Friday Fest April 3 Start Time: 5:00 PM End Time: 9:00 PM First Friday Fest Presents: Vacant Spaces & Concert in the Park. Art Promande- vacant commerical spaces along Beach Street from Orange Ave. to Bay Street will host local artist to display their artwork in a gallery style. The vacant spacves will aslo be providing food and or beverages in their locations.
