Mission Statement
The Daytona Beach Partnership Association, a Non-Profit 501(c)3 Main Street Organization has the mission to promote and enhance the continued economic development of downtown Daytona Beach while protecting its historic heritage.
The Daytona Beach Partnership, also known as the Partnership or DBPA, serves as the non-profit entity charged with implementing the redevelopment for the downtown's historic Main Street and Waterfront Florida Designations. DBPA collaborates with other related entities and is a stakeholder organization that advocates for the well-being and economic health of the district. We believe that a healthy downtown is a sense of community pride and historic preservation.
Services of the Partnership include, but are not limited to: technical support, professional management, accounting, planning, economic development, promotion, design, fund raising, volunteer development, program development, and support of neighborhood development.
About Downtown Daytona Beach
Once home to presidents and wealthy entrepreneurs, Downtown Daytona Beach is the core of this historic city.
Downtown's main promenade, Beach Street, boasts a mile-long riverfront park lined with over 50 shops and eateries. Every season fans fill up the stands to see Daytona's professional baseball team,The Daytona Cubs, play in the historic Jackie Robinson Stadium on the waterfront. Beach Street has museums, exhibits, outdoor festivals, water activities, nightclubs, cafes and Florida's oldest Saturday Farmer's Market. Arriving in late 2005 is the $29 million state-of-the-art theater complex, The News-Journal Center.
